A professional photographer will be taking photos during the dedication event. Selected photos will be available for download (without charge) to all invited guests. Your participation in the event is understood to be consent to such photography. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please let us know in advance or on the day. 

The photographs and films may be used by the Avery-Tsui Foundation, or by Trinity Hall for the purpose of promoting its activities, such uses including but not limited to print and online publication and broadcast, e.g. Trinity Hall website, social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and publications such as the Trinity Hall Review.
